ngoing classes are the lifeblood of an actor’s development. In the past, this meant physically attending class with other actors, watching and learning live and in person. While we now have the luxury of attending classes virtually, the importance of absorbing and digesting other actors wrestling with their craft remains just as high.
Acting classes break down into several categories: basic technique, scene study, script analysis, voice, body… there is a nearly innumerable set of skills an actor could choose to develop. My classes are all geared toward helping you develop your On-Camera abilities. While I believe that all actors can benefit from developing these skills, I think you should have a solid actor training foundation before you include the additional worries of the camera.
I currently teach several Ongoing Classes, focusing on the areas of On-Camera Auditioning and On-Camera Scene Study. I also periodically teach Weekend or One-Day Workshops and Seminars covering Script Analysis, Role Development, and classes specifically for Teens & Children.
